    Critiques:

    Critique 1

0:00:00 – Critique number 1 is for Todd Kuslikis, https://www.feelgoodlifeshop.com/.

Homepage: The team breaks down Todd’s UVP banner and how he can improve the copy within the main headline. Add an incentivized email signup form on the mobile menu. Add micro text within the search bar.

Collection Page: Make sure you aren’t just publishing 5-star reviews, include lower-rated reviews and reply to your customers to show you respond and care. Casey recommends adding subheadings below product titles to make it clear what product is for them.

Product Page: Matt talks about including a testimonial and a little more information about the product above the fold. Add some UGC to your product images. The team advises Todd on some design optimizations for the product description. Include some progressive disclosure by the implementation of tabs. Matt & Tanner talks about how customers should have instant access to digital products after buying, even if the product includes a book and/or a DVD. You should also make it clear very early on that they get instant digital access. Make sure your product images communicate what your copy says in a simplified clear way. Make sure you design your elements for mobile first. Consider testing a comparison chart that compares your company to competitors.

Cart Page: Make sure you congruent with your initial discount offerings. We typically do not advise running a 5% discount on the cart now if you have a 10% discount available on a newsletter popup. Ensure your UVP icons are ultra clear, so your customers do not have any questions.

Checkout: Fix the microtext within the email and phone number checkout fields to match exactly what we teach.
