    Previously Dustin made his money with door-to-door selling and is now looking to kick off the online side of the business.

    Matt suggests a video on the homepage instead of a banner. This will educate your customers and differentiate yourself from your competition. Explaining why your product is better/different to other people in your niche.

    The team talk about different ways Dustin can come after his target audience. Talking straight to allergy sufferers.

    Compliment product descriptions with short videos addressing any common objections.

    John gives some advice on the layout of Claus’s funnel. Starting with the Hook, Content, then Call To Action. After the Call To Action you can list all the benefits, objections, reviews etc.

    Needs help with improving conversion rate on one of her best sellers. A lot of Krystie’s traffic is coming from Pinterest.

    Team begins with advising Krystie on how to provide more trust and clarity in her banners & images. If you have an image ad, ensure your first product image is the image they originally seen. Product image ad needs to be congruent. Changing quantity selector colors to be white or different from your CTA.
