    0:18:45 – Critique number 1 is for Oksana Irwin’s store, https://trendygirlsclub.com. This is a clothing and accessories store dropshipping via AliExpress. Tanner speaks about the downside of having hundreds of products and focusing on best sellers, avoiding Paradox of Choice. Quick overview of best practices on the Homepage, also a little insight on common apps that cause friction.

    0:41:00 – Critique number 2 is for Jared Olander’s store, https://empire-artist.myshopify.com. This is a clothing store selling high quality t-shirts with designs created from artists that they scout from social media. This critique was focused on the homepage. Matt spoke about clarity within the navigation, involving featured artists’ following and how to provide better product images since Jared is selling higher price apparel. Short but sweet critique

    1:00:00 – Critique number 3 is for Peter Pinchot’s store, https://www.wholeforest.com. Whole Forest is a manufacturing company run out of Ecuador, who’s main mission is rainforest conservation. Peter manufactures and sells wooden cutting boards, tables, countertops and flooring! We get right into optimizing the stores unique value proposition. Advice on how to separate audiences and improve navigation and adding best practices in the footer. The critique focused on the home page and product page.

    1:22:30 – Critique number 4 is for Krystie Yeo’s store, https://shop.adapted4specialed.com. Krystie’s store sells products to special education teachers to help with academics. We dive straight into cleaning up the homepage, removing walls of text and separating information to reduce distraction. How to best display their teams value proposition. We then looked at the most visited product page and offered advice on icon layout. Moving on to the cart page, we looked at relevancy and what to test to improve proceed to checkout rate. This critique was focused on homepage, product page and cart.

    1:46:00 – Critique number 5 is for Peter Szabo’s store, https://shopbabybee.com. Peter’s store is a baby/kids store selling toys. We begin with fixing the low hanging fruits on the homepage, main navigation, homepage banner, relevancy in the collections and improving the footer. We then moved onto the product page giving advice on improving buyers trust and removing apps that lie to your customers. We talk about the evolution of ecommerce and stepping up from the typical aliexpress product description and product images. On this critique we looked at the homepage and the best sellers product page.

    2:09:00 – Critique number 6 is a discussion with Chris Greenwood. Chris asked questions on how improve his customers journey and product line selling CD’s and merchandise. Chris’s audience are Christians and Rock lovers such as Metallica and Guns & Roses audience. We offer advice on how to find the perfect product line for his customers. We explore many potential revenue streams for Chris and give a lot of feedback.
