Homepage: Exit-intent popup blends with the homepage, also the graphic distracts the users from the main purpose of the popup, to get them to sign up to your messenger list.

Product Page: Get professional imagery of your products. Matt finds a bug with color variants disappearing. Remove the majority of the colors, this causes the Paradox of Choice.

Matt and Tanner talk about building out teams to take tasks away from the business owner to focus on what truly matters.

Cart: CTA colors are not consistent from the product page, cart page to checkout.
