    0:18:45 – Critique number 1 is for Joey Domingez’s store, https://www.shweiki.com/.  This is a EFI store (Site is not a shopify site) in the printing services field (postcards, flyers, publications.  The critique covers: Banner headline text is confusing; magazines are primary product; Google analytics are going to be vital; question about having basic top level navigation at top; send root domain to the store; stronger border
    on search product; discussion about pricing popup; explain to customer what stock/heavy stock is (tool tip); need explanation of adding 4 pages for customers; move up “Continue Shopping” and “Pricing” buttons; tool tips create clarity; standardize colors in all text on checkout; Shipping in State of Texas box;
    asking to create an account prior to checkout; radio buttons for shipping options on checkout; move local shipping option to the bottom; shrink credit card buttons; payment processor loses customer information (pre-populate); payment processor needs branding for company.

    This is a shopify store in the electronics niche.  Discussion about changing from a general store to a niche store; now that you’ve found a product (Mobile Flash Drive) niche it; announcing the rebrand to mailing list; chat pop-up shouldn’t pop up immediately (turn off if no one uses it); anything not selling – delete it; find a new domain for this product; 2 reviews need removing- need product type testimonials;
    use the new footer – coupon “get 10% off” and the 4 best products that sell; look at niching down to andriod only market; add text to explain photo; change full list of compatable phones to word document with table of contents; cut down size on quantity +/- ; bold free shipping; too much above the footer; change banner possibly 4 best products at top of page; then have banner.
